This agreement is a legal contract between you and Aurora VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding download, installation, and use of the Aurora VPN application and related services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or misuse the Aurora VPN application, trademarks, or services without authorization. You are responsible for protecting your account, device, and credentials, including risks caused by jailbreaking, rooting, malware, or improper configuration.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functions, you are also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party services.

Service availability depends on your device condition, network environment, carrier connection, system permissions, and target platform policies. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailability caused by unpaid carrier bills, roaming fees, mobile data charges, poor signal, or third-party platform restrictions.

You are responsible for your own use of the Service and must comply with applicable laws and regulations. We work to maintain accurate routing, client, and node information, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access in every region, at every time, or on every third-party platform. Updates may be released when needed, and you agree to install current versions for compatibility and security improvements.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: Digital services, software licenses, and subscription benefits are generally final once delivered, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Product Evaluation: We encourage users to test the free version, demo features, or short-cycle plans before purchasing to confirm speed, node quality, and client compatibility.

Customer Support: If you experience connection, account, or client issues, contact support first and we will make reasonable efforts to troubleshoot.

Technical Issues: Temporary maintenance, third-party platform policy changes, or local network problems do not automatically create a refund right. We prioritize fixes, alternate routes, and configuration guidance.

Unauthorized Use: No refund will be provided for accounts, licenses, or digital benefits that are shared, resold, stolen, or used in violation of these terms.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update this refund policy as permitted by law. Updates take effect after publication on the website.
