Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Aurora VPN (the 'Service Provider') collects, uses, stores, and protects necessary information when you download, install, and use the application.
When you download and launch the App, we may collect technical data required to operate the service, including IP address, device model, operating system version, app version, crash logs, connection status, and basic diagnostics. This data is used to maintain stability, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and improve the product experience.
We share aggregated or anonymized data with service providers only when necessary, such as Google Play Services or Firebase for crash analysis and app distribution. We do not sell or rent personal information unless disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect safety or property, or needed to investigate fraud and abuse. To stop new collection, uninstall the App using your device standard process.
User-provided data is retained during the active service period and a reasonable grace period afterward. To cancel an account, delete profile data, or submit a privacy request, contact us at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13; if we discover such data was collected unintentionally, we will delete it promptly.
This Privacy Policy may be updated for regulatory, product, or operational reasons. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy. This policy is effective as of October 4, 2025. Questions may be sent to the Aurora VPN team at [email protected].
